Our recipes are made following the standard all grain brewing style. This style includes the use of the sparging technique. If you are performing the BIAB (Brew in a bag) technique without sparging, your efficiency could be lower. We strongly suggest you to keep note of your results in order to optimize your efficiency in the future.

짝사랑 IPA
Description: Vic Secret hops is very well known for it's strong exotic fruit punch flavor. The very high Alpha Acid content makes Vic Secret a all-round hop very suitable for a Single Hop IPA. Some brewers compare it to Galaxy but milder. Vic Secret tends to be less green, citrucy, resinous. less "danky" to say it in brewer's words than its cousin Galaxy. This IPA has a quite mild - strong bitterness level but not so aggressive cause New World hops tend to be more gentle on the bittering side. Very strong notes of mango, pineapple and strawberry are present at the first sip, followed by a rush of infatuation that will make our Secret love IPA simply irresistible. Let the 짝사랑 begin.
Vic Secret Hops는 이국적인 과일 펀치 맛으로 유명합니다. 알파 산의 함유량이 매우 높기 때문에 Vic Secret은 싱글 홉 IPA에 매우 적합 합니다. 어떤 브루어들은 Vic Secret 홉이 마일드한 Galaxy 홉과 같다고 합니다. Tips from the Brewmaster: If you can afford to keep a temperature just above zero, try dry hopping while cold crushing for 1 or 2 days with 1 ounce of hops, just before bottling. Mild notes of strawberry, vanilla and tangerine will suddenly stand out from the fruity background. This is because hop oil extraction at cold temperature is different from hop oil extraction at room temperature or fermentation temperature.
