맥아 스타일  Specialty - Black Patent Malt  (may be steeped or mashed)

향  Dry roasted, sharp to neutral

색  Dark brown to black tones - 500 L

용도  Use to provide color without overpowering flavor that is characteristic of European-style dark beers.

          Less intense flavor than Roasted Barley. Produces dark colored beer with light head color.

          1-3% All styles for color with little or no flavor

          1-10% Porter and Stout
