This Prisse de Mousse strain is fast-starting, clean and neutral. EC-1118 is a popular choice because of its consistently strong fermentation characteristics and high alcohol tolerance, up to 18%. Recommended for all types of wines, including sparkling, and late harvest wines and cider. It may also be used to restart stuck fermentations.

사용 방법 (USAGE INSTRUCTIONS)
미지근한 물 40 C 의 25ml 에 와인 효모를 붓고, 약 20분정도 기다린 후에
추가한다. ( 절대 45분 이상을 넘어가면 안됩니다!!! )
Should be re-hydrated before adding to must.
Use a clean container and 25 ml of potable water at 40 C.
Let stand for at least 20 minutes but no more than 45 minutes.
Gently stir occasionally to break up any clumps. Add to the must.
