잉글리쉬 "페일 에일"  (맥아 추출물 재료 키트)  

설명: ESB는 "엑스트라 스페셜 비터"를 의미합니다. 미국 페일 에일과 비교해서 많이 쓰지는 않지만, "ordinary bitter"와 "special"을 구분하기 위해서 후에 "bitter"라는 단어를 덧붙였습니다. ESB는 맥아의 고소한 맛과 쓴맛의 균형이 매우 잘 잡혀 있으며, 매우 부드럽고 따뜻한 맛과 마시기에 쉽고 가벼운 음료 맛이 특징입니다.

Recipe description: ESB means "Extra Special Bitter". Although this english Pale Ale is not much bitter than an Average American Pale Ale, the "bitter" was added later, to distinguish this hoppier beer from the "ordinary bitter" and "special". The ESB is very well balanced between maltiness and bitterness and it is very smooth, warm flavor with a very ligh and easy drinking taste
