레서피에서는 콘슈거 500gr을 넣어 끓이라고 합니다. 하지만  만약 시간적 여유가 있다면, 인버티드 슈거를 만들어 넣는 것을 강력히 추천합니다. ( 인버티드 슈가를 만드는)이 과정은 매우 간단한데, 20-30분만 시간을 더 들이신다면 그 결과에 매우 놀라실 겁니다.

Recipe description: This is a traditional belgian beer recipe with the use of New Zealand hops to give a little more citrucy and fruity bitterness. The recipe calls for 500 gr of corn sugar to add into the boil but if you have time, we strongly recommend to try and

produce inverted sugar. It is a very simple process. It will take 20 to 30 minutes and the result will surprise you.
