New Zealand Red Ale

This Red Ale is slightly different from the traditional Irish Red Ales, It has a more intense hop aroma and a pleasant hop bitterness at the end. The color is ruby red with deep wine red hues. The late Sauvin hops addition and the Kohatu aroma steeping impart a subtle white wine/orange flower scent. 

Very suitable for people who do not like extreme flavored beers but at the same time like to enjoy a fruity and toasted malt character. 

이 레드 에일은 전통적인 아이리쉬 레드에일과 약간 차이가 있습니다. 목넘기기 마지막에 좀더 강렬한 홉 아로마와 쓴맛의 조화를 느낄수있습니다. 색상은 루비 에일, 깊은 와인 레드 색상입니다. 

홉 스케줄에서 늦은 소빈 홉 추가와 코와투 홉의 아로마 스티핑은 화이트 와인 / 오렌지 향기를 전달합니다. 익스트림한 맥주 맛을 좋아하지 않거나, 동시에 과일과 맥아 토스트향을 즐기는 사람들에게 매우 적합합니다. 

Tips from the brewmaster ( 브루 마스터의 팁) :

For a more intense fruitiness and less bitterness, move the Nelson Sauvin hops to aroma steeping and use Kohatu hops as Dry hopping for a week. Beer will have a much more intense wine grapes flavor and tangerine scent. 

쓴맛을 줄이고, 더 강렬한 과일향을 원한다면, 넬슨 소빈 홉을 아로마 스티핑 홉으로 사용할수있고, 코하투 홉은 드라이 호핑 (약 1주일동안) 할수있습니다.  그러면 맥주는 훨씬 더 강렬한 와인 포도 맛과 귤 향이 납니다.
