Stainless Bazooka Screen



✔서울 홈브루에서 판매하는 스테인레스 당화조에 끼워 사용할 수 있습니다.

사용전 주의 사항

스테인리스 냄비는 가공 과정 중, 광택을 내기 위해 연마제를 사용합니다. 맥주에 연마제 가공유가 들어가지 않도록, 

  - 처음 스테인레스 제품 사용시 베이킹 소다 또는 식초를 물에 희석해서, 냄비에 가득 담아 끓인 후 헹구어 사용합니다. 

  - 이 과정을 2번 정도 반복합니다.

Precautions before use

 Stainless steel pots are subjected to a polishing process that involves the usage of a special abrasive oils.

 To prevent these processing oil from entering into the beer, please wash it and boil it 2 times.

Length(길이): 약 30.5 cm    

Material(재질): Stainless steel 304 (스테인레스)

Fitting size(연결부분 사이즈) : 1/2" (15A)

Use (사용) : fitting on Stainless Mash tun ( 당화조에 끼워 사용합니다.)

바주카 스크린 (Bazooka Screen)

바주카 스크린은 완전 곡물 작업 시 사용됩니다. 매쉬 시작 전에 냄비 아래쪽에 쉽게 끼울 수 있습니다. 

물론 바주카 스크린으로 충분히 매쉬 작업을 하는데 문제가 없지만, 저희는 곡물망 (대) 를 같이 사용할 것을 권장합니다.

매쉬와 스파징 작업을 완료 후, 곡물망을 이용해 냄비에서 쉽게 곡물 찌꺼기를 제거할 수 있습니다.

The Bazooka screen is used in All grain beer making process to facilitate the process of collecting the wort. The filter is screwed in at the bottom of our Kettle (no accessories needed) at the beginning of the mash. Even if the filter itself is enough to perform the mashing process, we always suggest to use a Grain bag in addition, on top of it,so it helps filtering the wort through and at the same time, once the sparging is finished, all the grain can be removed from the kettle just by pulling the grain bag out and use the mashing vessel as boiling kettle right away.

장점 (PROS)

1. 바주카 스크린은 냄비 바닥에 닿지 않아, 가스렌지 사용 시 냄비 바닥이 타는 것을 방지합니다.

    The Bazooka filter does not touch the bottom, so it prevents the wort from burning in case you use a gas stove.

2. 쉽게 설치하고, 제거할 수 있습니다.

  Is easy to install and easy to remove.

3. 저장공간을 크게 필요로 하지 않습니다.

    Does not require a big space for storage.

단점 (CONS)

1. 냄비의 중간에 있는 맥아만 여과하므로, 모든 맥즙이 곡물을 통해 여과되기까지 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다.

    Filters only the wort in the middle of the kettle, so it could take a while before all the wort is filtered through the grains. 

2. 냄비 중앙까지 나와 있어, 매싱과정에서 스푼으로 저어줄 때 약간 불편할 수 있습니다.

    Stands up from the base of the kettle, so it could be little bothering when we stir with the big spoon during the mashing process.

3. 사용 후 뜨꺼운 물 (샤워기 등을 이용해) 로 청소해줘야 합니다. 곡물 조각이 필터 내부에 달라 붙어있을 수 있습니다.

    After usage it has to be cleaned properly with hot water because some pieces of grain could get stuck inside the cylinder.
