Our recipes are made following the standard all grain brewing style. This style includes the use of the sparging technique. If you are performing the BIAB (Brew in a bag) technique without sparging, your efficiency could be lower. We strongly suggest you to keep note of your results in order to optimize your efficiency in the future.

기본 레서피는 스파징 과정이 포함된 전체곡물 양조 방식을 위한것입니다. 만약 스파징 과정 없이 BIAB  (Brew in a bag)  방식으로 양조시에는 효율이 약간 낮아질수있습니다. 대안으로는, 매쉬과정에서 더 많은 양의 물을 사용할수있고, 또는 곡물백위에 스파징을 진행할수도 있습니다. 전체곡물 킷은 홈브루잉 단계중 난이도가 높은편에 포함됩니다. 여기 설명된 과정은 일반적인 전체 곡물의 양조 과정이며, 모든 홈브루어분들은 각자의 양조 도구에 따라 과정과 그리고 시간을 조절할수있습니다.

CAMPFIRE STORY STOUT - All grain kit

Description: Very light, creamy stout, with hints of dark chocolate and roasted coffee. The Gentle touch of Horizon bitterness and the mild citrucy flavor of Kohatu, give to this beer a "camping" touch. The overall taste reminds of Kalhua coffee liquor. Definitely a beer to enjoy with friends, possibly in front of a warm campfire, with marshmellows on a wood stick and some scary stories to tell! This Beer also has a pronounced sweet taste with background bitterness mainly from roasted grains.

다크 초콜릿과 볶은 커피의 힌트가 있는 크리미 스타우트, 낮은 도수로 마시기 편하다. 호라이즌 홉의 쓴맛이 부드럽게 터치하고, 코하투 홉의 마일드한 시트러스함이 이 맥주에 캠핑 느낌을 준다. 전체적인 맛의 느낌은 깔루아 커피 맛을 생각나게 한다. 따뜻한 모닥불 앞에서 마시메로우와 무서운 이야기를하며, 친구들과 편하게 즐길수있는 맥주이다. 또한 이 맥주는 로스팅 몰트에서 오는 쓴맛을 배경으로, 달콤한맛도 함께 가지고있다.

Tip from the Brewmaster: For a more creamy/milky experience, add 250~500 grams of lactose. This beer goes very well with vanilla, so you could add 1 vanilla pod in secondary fermentation for 1 week, or in alternative few drops of vanilla flavor will do the trick.

브루 마스터의 팁: 보다 크리미하고, 밀키한 맛을 원한다면, 250 ~500gr의 락토스를 보일링 마직막 5분에 추가할수있다. 이 맥주는 바닐라와 잘 어울리므로, 2차발효시 바닐라빈 스틱 한개를 1주일동안 발효통에 넣거나, 또는 바닐라 향을 몇방울 추가할수있다.
