사용전 주의 사항

스테인리스 냄비는 가공 과정 중, 광택을 내기 위해 연마제를 사용합니다. 맥주에 연마제 가공유가 들어가지 않도록, 
  - 처음 스테인레스 제품 사용시 베이킹 소다 또는 식초를 물에 희석해서, 냄비에 가득 담아 끓인 후 헹구어 사용합니다. 
  - 이 과정을 2번 정도 반복합니다.

Precautions before use

Stainless steel pots are subjected to a polishing process that involves the usage of a special abrasive oils. To prevent these processing oil from entering into the beer, please wash it and boil it 2 times.

Great for making the switch to all grain brewing

The 12" false bottom made from stainless steel 304 with 3/32 perforated holes on 5/32 centers. The barb fitting is 3/8".

It can be insulated 10 gallon round beverage containers, or any container with at least a 12" opening at the top.
