The Fermtech Wine Thief allows you to draw samples and take a hydrometer reading at the same time. This is a thief you'll actually want in your home! Efficiently draws wine and beer samples Also takes hydrometer reading simultaneously.
Sanitize the unit before use, then take a sample, reading and then return the sample back to the fermenter.
Note: This product doesn fit into smaller ½ to 1-gallon carboys and also will not fit the Herculometer for gravity readings
• Use : Sanitize with non-alcohol based sanitizers
• Important : Use with liquids under 40 'C . When using hot water, it damages the product.
