<사용 방법>
1. 사용하기 3-4시간 전 상온에 미리 꺼내어 온도를 충분히 올려주세요.
2. 사용하기 전에 30초 이상 충분히 흔들어 침전된 효모를 풀어주세요.
3. 제품을 열기 전에 식품용 살균제를 이용하여 포장지와 주변을 소독해줍니다.
4. 제품을 살짝 열어준 후, 충분하게 산소가 주입된 맥즙에 천천히 부어줍니다.
*당도가 높은 맥즙이나 낮은 온도에서 발효될 경우 효모를 추가적으로 사용하는 것을 권장합니다.
6. 발효 적정 온도를 일정하게 유지하여 줍니다.
