Our recipes are made following the standard all grain brewing style. This style includes the use of the sparging technique. If you are performing the BIAB (Brew in a bag) technique without sparging, your efficiency could be lower. We strongly suggest you to keep note of your results in order to optimize your efficiency in the future.

기본 레서피는 스파징 과정이 포함된 전체곡물 양조 방식을 위한것입니다. 만약 스파징 과정 없이 BIAB  (Brew in a bag)  방식으로 양조시에는 효율이 약간 낮아질수있습니다. 대안으로는, 매쉬과정에서 더 많은 양의 물을 사용할수있고, 또는 곡물백위에 스파징을 진행할수도 있습니다. 전체곡물 킷은 홈브루잉 단계중 난이도가 높은편에 포함됩니다. 여기 설명된 과정은 일반적인 전체 곡물의 양조 과정이며, 모든 홈브루어분들은 각자의 양조 도구에 따라 과정과 그리고 시간을 조절할수있습니다.

Honey Sour Ale - All grain kit



허니 사워 에일 _ 완전 곡물

맥주 설명: 허니 몰트가 추가된 클래식 사워 에일입니다.  허니 맥아는 맥주에 달콤한 맛을 부여하는 일종의 멜라노이딘 맥아입니다. 사워 효모 발효로 신맛을 부여하여, 새콤달콤한 맛을 선사합니다.

Description: A classic sour Ale with an addition of honey malt. Honey malt is a type of melanoidin malt that imparts a sweet, honey-like taste to the beer. It complements perfectly the sourness from the fermentation, creating a sweet&sour candy-like taste. 

브루마스터 팁: 시험적인 양조가들이라면,  쟈스민, 라반다 또는 레몬그라스 차를 추가하는것을 시도해볼수 있습니다. 발효가 끝나기 1주일 전에 티백 1~2개를 발효기 안에 넣습니다. (스테인리스 필터나 물 위에  뜨지 않게 무게감이 있는 필터를 사용하면 더 좋습니다). 

Tips from the Brewmaster:  for the bravest brewers, we suggest to try some tea infusion with jasmine, lavanda or lemongrass tea. Add 1 or 2 teabags, 1 week before the end of fermentation, inside the fermenter (better if you use a stainless filter or any filter that doesn't float).
