Cream Ale is a lager beer that is brewed at higher temperature with a special hybrid style yeast. expect the clarity of a lager with small hints of fruitiness of an ale.

Brewmaster의 팁: 17도 이하에서 발효하지 마십시오. 22 도 이상에서 맥주는 더 프루티하고, 더 많은 에스테르가 생성될 것입니다.

Tips from the Brewmaster: Do not ferment below 17 degrees celsius. Above 22 celsius the beer will become fruitier and more esters will be produced.
