This typical yeast strain is recommended for wheat beer fermentations and produces subtle estery and phenol flavor notes such as clove and banana notes typical of wheat beers. Allows to brew beer with a high drinkability profile and presents a very good ability to suspend during fermentation.
이 효모 균주는 밀 맥주 발효에 권장되며, 밀 맥주의 전형적인 클로브 , 바나나 노트와 같은 미묘한 에스테르 및 페놀 풍미 노트를 생성합니다. 높은 음용성 프로파일로 맥주를 양조 할 수 있으며 발효 중에 현탁하는 매우 우수한 능력을 나타냅니다.
