American Hybrid Beer - 19L kit

Recipe Description: Please refer to Smooth creamy'n'ale for the sensory profile of this beer. This is the partial mash version of our all grain kit, a little twicked in order to achieve a fuller body flavor. Cream Ale is a lager beer that is brewed at higher temperature with a special hybrid style yeast. expect the clarity of a lager with small hints of fruitiness of an ale.

Tips from the Brewmaster: Do not ferment below 17 degrees celsius. Above 22 celsius the beer will become fruitier and more esters will be produced.
